We are looking for a Mental Health Professional (MHP) for our Living Room Program who exemplifies that mission, and who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference. Are you the right fit?
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for providing case management and coordination of behavioral health plans to the Living Room guest.
- Must complete documentation of mental health services provided in accordance with state and agency standards as applicable.
- The Mental Health Professional will offer and complete intake forms to provide a smooth transition to open guest to long term behavioral health services.
- Expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency to ensure positive client-centered approach.
What will you bring to the table?
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field
- At least 1 year of experience working in social services preferred
