Summary :

Join our CED Honolulu team as an Operations Specialist where you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. As our business continues to grow, this individual will spend the majority of their time focused on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable responsibilities, with some other administrative support.

Reports to : Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables or Office Management experience
• Knowledge of General Accounting Principals
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Technologically inclined, competent in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, extremely organized, and carries a high degree of confidentiality
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Preferred Qualifications :

• Associates degree from two year college or technical school preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred, and the willingness to learn CED proprietary software

Working Conditions :

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms;

climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Supervisory Responsibilities : No

Essential Job Functions :

• Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Create direct sales registers and debit memos for returns
• Answering the office phone and customers emails
• Administrative support of inventory management and purchasing
• Processing, verifying and reconciling vendor invoices
• Ensure timely payment of expenses
• Analyze financial data in order to implement changes to improve profitability
• Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Process freight claims, vendor credits, and price file updates
• Maintain customer account data and resale certificates

Compensation Range :

The compensation range for this position is $37440 to $45760 annually.
