The Regional Digital Sales Manager will assist the SMR Regions Digital Directors efforts to increase digital advertising revenue, primarily through assisting SMRs Media Strategists in the understanding of digital marketing tactics, presenting those opportunities to prospects and clients, and booking new, and retaining current, digital advertising campaigns.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE :
- Responsible for SMRs digital revenue growth.
- Equip and support each SMR Media Strategists in an effort to assist each MSs individual digital goal achievement.
- Monitor SMRs monthly digital billing against the monthly digital goal, as well as MSs account activity and provide insight on all trends pertaining to needs and welfare of the regions growth.
- Will lead bi-weekly one-on-one calls with SMR Media Strategists.
- Will be available for client sales or service calls.
- Work with SMR Media Strategists to develop campaign strategies.
- Through the Digital Campaign Specialists, will develop better client outcomes (more renewals) based on more account focus.
- Streamline communication with AD Ops team and message changes, updates through the RDCS to the field
- Work with Regional Director to develop monthly training modules to keep products and process front and center in the region
- Provide monthly and weekly documentation of all regional issues / challenges / needs to Regional Director
- Attend SMR sales meetings to provide guidance and insight on any changes and updates affecting their market and the region

- Practical project management experience
- Proven organization and coordination skills
- Digital marketing or product experience a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus
- Bachelor's Degree desired or equivalent work experience
