We are seeking a dedicated Safety Director to oversee and implement safety protocols within our organization. The Safety Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and creating a safe work environment for employees.
Duties :
- Training and Orientation
- Internal and OSHA Reporting
- Site Audits
- Policy and Program Development
- Bureau of Workers Compensation
- Fire extinguisher Provisioning.
- Professional Accreditation CEU’s
- Project Support
- Certifications
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Provide safety training to employees on various topics.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain records of safety-related incidents, training, and inspection
Experience :
- 10 years of related experience required
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Experience in construction management, EHS, NEC, risk management, compliance management, workers compensation, OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong knowledge of occupational health standards
Reports to Vice President of Operations
