Job Description

Job Title : Informatica Cloud Consultant

Job location : Santa Clara, CA

Duration : Long Term

Job Responsibilities :

• Remap Informatica on cloud connectors from SQL server to AWS Aurora DB.
• Work with users and business SMEs to define technical specifications to develop migration requirements and technical documentation.
• Promote and apply Informatica development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners on the development of test cases and scripts.
• Develop / Modify Mappings in Informatica Cloud.
• Provide post-deployment support and defect resolutions.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
• Informatica ON CLOUD experience integrating Cloud sources such as SFDC, with strong SQL development skills using MySQL.
• Experience on AWS Aurora DB would be an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• 2+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience developing data integration (ETL) processes in a Data Warehouse environment using Informatica PowerCenter.
• 2+ years of experience building jobs and mappings in Informatica Cloud for Cloud Application Data Replication / Extractions or Data Integration.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL development, Stored Procedures, Functions and Data Modeling.
• 5+ years of experience in Unit Testing and Data Testing.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in AWS, Aurora MySQL, Cloud formation, and DevOps setup (Preferred).
• Experience with BI Tools Microstrategy (Preferred).
