Reports to : Youth Development Program Management Director

FLSA Status : Full-time, Non-Exempt

Salary Range : $16.00 / hr - $20.40 / hr

Leader Level : Team Leader

Supervises : Site Staff and Volunteers

LiFT Academy is a licensed program / site dedicated 100% to serving neurodivergent children

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Required state and county licensing, FCCPC, and Florida Credential.
• CPR / AED and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Proven childcare and supervisory / leadership experience.
• Proficiency in office and computer equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
• High organizational and pressure management skills.
• Physical endurance for active, outdoor engagement.
