Our client is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. This role supports the sales team with administrative tasks, proposal generation, and order processing.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can manage multiple tasks, and has excellent communication skills.
This is a hybrid opportunity offering great flexibility in Overland Park, with hours 8 : 00 - 5 : 00pm! Occasionally during busier time periods, this team does work some additional hours and is available past 5 : 00pm to ensure jobs are complete.

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate accurate proposals and process customer orders using systems like ConnectWise and NetSuite.
- Track and manage customer renewals, ensuring proposals are delivered before expiration.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to gather necessary information (Bill of Materials, SOWs) for proposal generation.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to secure deal registrations, special pricing, and other sales-related documentation.
- Communicate regularly with account managers and sales teams on the status of open opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and action items.
- Proofread and edit proposals to ensure they are grammatically correct and professionally formatted.
- Track sales activity deadlines and assist in ensuring timely completion of sales tasks.
Requirements :
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience with ConnectWise and / or NetSuite is a plus.
