ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Monitor pit games in assigned pit.
- Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer.
- Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
- Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed.
- Complete rating cards for players.
- Initiate and verify fills to tables.
- Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
- Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions.
- Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
