WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis unit.

This role requires a hands-on manager who can navigate the complexities of financial data, drive new methodologies, and inspire a team of analysts.

The ideal candidate will not only execute day-to-day analysis functions and operations but also provide strategic insights and innovative solutions to enhance our financial analytical processes.

Essential functions :

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process, long-term financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Leverage technology to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

Data Mastery and Analysis

• Transform complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and variances.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Ensure team members have the tools and training needed to succeed.
• Create collaborative relationships with units across Finance and business units.
• Drive projects aimed at streamlining and automating financial processes.
• Uphold the highest standards of financial integrity, transparency and in people leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in strategic finance and operational reporting.
• 3 to 5 years of direct management experience.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts and results to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with advanced financial modeling and business decision support tools.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about your work with a deep curiosity for understanding business performance drivers.
• Ability to inspire and motivate your team while fostering a fun and dynamic work environment.
