Taft is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team.
We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our team in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the execution of the firm's strategic procurement plan
- Maintain timely and accurate organization of firm-wide contracts
- Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
- Design process for moving from paper to electronic for all vendors including maintaining a digital contracting platform
- Assist in firm-wide travel program including booking and planning
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Individual in this position will provide additional assistance and support as directed by the supervisor

- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional skills in Excel and Word

Education and Experience :
High School diploma. Prior Purchasing and Administrative experience preferred.
