Responsibilities :
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all facilities within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate resources for facility-related tasks, including maintenance staff and external vendors.
- Implement effective space utilization strategies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment, systems, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols within the facilities.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their facility-related needs and provide necessary support.
- Communicate effectively with teams to address and resolve facility-related issues.
- Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and expenditures.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Control the usage of cleaning consumables and all facility assets.
- Be able to proceed to multi repairs within the Facility and recommend replacement when necessary.
- Train the Facility Technicians to do minor repairs within the facility.
- Be available 24 / 7 for emergencies.
- Supervise the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
Requirements and Skills :
- 1 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions.
- Reliable, proactive and detailed oriented.
- Familiarity with budget management.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
