Covered California is looking for a Senior Automation Analyst / Automation Analyst to support the development of business processes for Covered California within the Eligibility Automation Unit.

This position performs the development and maintenance of Ca!HEERS application design and enrollment functionality. It collaborates with external vendors and with internal partners to ensure consumers are considered when making changes to the design of the CalHEERS system.

Salary : AGPA : $5518 - $6907

SSA : $3534 - $5744

Qualifications We’re Looking For :

At least two years of experience applying critical thinking, root cause analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills (i.

e. assess the situation and conclude).

• At least two years of experience demonstrating excellent organizational, time management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in large forums to discuss and present complex information.
• Experience demonstrating initiative and self-direction with the ability to work well independently and in teams while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Experience and / or knowledge of system development life cycle.
• Experience in the health care or health insurance sector or a related field.
• Experience working with industry and consumer stakeholder groups.

SSA -Staff Services Analyst (5157) - CalHR
