A well-known company in the Portland area is seeking a talented Temporary Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing Accounts Payable processes and a solid background in Manufacturing Accounting.

In this role, you will :
Collaborate with the AP department to ensure processes run efficiently and accurately.
Oversee and perform month-end close activities.
Manage tax projects and handle sales tax reporting
Qualifications :
Extensive knowledge of the Accounts Payable process
Experience with fixed assets, journal entries, and prepaid schedules
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
Employment Type : Temp (3-4 months)
Compensation : $35-40 / hr. USD
Work Hours : Flexible hours - the office is open from 8 am -8 pm - part-time hours
Location : Portland- In office
Pay Details : $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
