We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Talent Sourcer (high level recruiter) to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top executive talent and a passion for building strong relationships with potential candidates.
This role is critical in ensuring we attract and hire the best leaders to drive our company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Proactively identify and engage with top executive talent through various channels, including passive sourcing, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Previous sourcing experience in recruiting is a MUST using Booleans, etc.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to identify potential talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Diversity and Inclusion : Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of executive talent.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in executive talent sourcing or executive recruiting.
- Strong understanding of executive-level roles and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level professionals.
- Proficient in Passive Sourcing - using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
