THE WORK
As a Manufacturing Supervisor in our Dynamic Component Center, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production of critical Rotor-head and Transmission components.
You will be responsible for managing a team of hourly employees engaged in parts manufacturing, bonding, and sub-assembly processes.
Your leadership will ensure that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met, contributing directly to the success of our products.
