Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Business Development Center, focusing on maximizing productivity and performance.
Oversee the recruitment, hiring and development of BDC personnel to ensure a highly functioning and motivated team.
Ensure the BDC team efficiently handles all incoming calls, customer-initiated chat inquiries and guests to our dealership.
Monitor CRM activities ensuring effective management of leads and customer interactions.
Collaborate with department leaders to maintain overall BDC processes.
Provide regular reporting to management on BDC performance, including call activity, service appointments and customer engagement outcomes.
Act as the communication bridge between BDC staff and dealership management, ensuring alignment with overall dealership goals.
Support ongoing team development through coaching opportunities, training material management, and performance evaluations.
Maintain and manage processes for chat leads, service deferments, and customer communications, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up.
Foster a positive, results-oriented culture within the BDC, motivating the team to achieve and exceed goals.
Requirement
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop, mentor, and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM management, with a deep understanding of sales and service processes.
Experience with reporting metrics, identifying trends, and implementing improvements.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of dealership management and build strong working relationships.
