Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for :
- Completing projects on time and within budget
- Processing / approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
- Monthly cost to complete / project financial projections
- Positive client feedback / satisfaction
- Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal / external parties

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, related, or similar experience
- 5+ years of experience with with a diverse project background including ground up health care construction, K-12, Higher education, or other commercial
- Design Build environment experience.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or Sage.
- Ability to breakdown construction operations into a logical sequence of activities creating construction schedules
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
