Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
Job Description :
- Prepare Quarterly and Annual Tax Provision
- Prepare US tax returns
- Prepare calculations of quarterly federal and state estimated income / franchise tax payments and annual extensions
- Prepare non income tax returns including sales & use tax, property tax, and local business taxes
- Assist with responding to Tax Notices and Tax Audits
- Research and resolution of tax issues
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Able to multi-task and pay attention to details
- Strong research and analytical skills
Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation or related field preferred
- 2-3 years tax experience
- Public accounting / large multi-national experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook; OneSource Income Tax experience a plus
