The Overnight Facility Custodian is responsible for performing general cleaning & maintenance duties in the building, including cleaning office space, stairwells, & restrooms, lawn mowing, & shoveling snow.

What you’ll be doing :

• Remove trash from inside the building
• Collect / Secure documents for shredding
• Clean & restock restrooms
• Vacuum floors
• Sweep & mop floors
• Dust throughout building
• Clean windows, walls, & light fixtures.
• Remove snow from sidewalks & curbs
• Other custodial duties as assigned

Overnight Facility Custodian’s Receive :

• Full-Time Opportunity starting $15-$18 / Hr.!

Overnight Facility Custodian Requirements :

• Must have High school diploma OR GED
• Must be able to work overnights (10 : 45p 7 : 00a) onsite in the Manhattan, KS office
• Must be reliable & committed to regular predictable attendance
• Ability to perform regular physical duties (including climbing ladders, repetitive motion, grasping, walking, lifting, etc.)
• Must have ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
