Position Overview :

As an Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized investment advice and financial planning services to clients.

Your role will involve assessing clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to develop tailored strategies that align with their objectives.

You will collaborate closely with clients to build trust, provide guidance, and help them navigate the complexities of the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives to deliver customized investment solutions.
  • Financial Planning : Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, develop investment plans, and provide ongoing guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Portfolio Management : Monitor and review client portfolios, make investment recommendations, and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client preferences.
  • Risk Management : Assess clients' risk tolerance and investment profiles to create diversified portfolios that align with their risk preferences and financial objectives.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines in all client interactions and investment recommendations.
  • Business Development : Identify opportunities to grow and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Investment Advisor or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required; relevant certifications (e.

g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.

Licensing : Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 65 licenses required; additional licenses may be preferred.

Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in financial planning software, CRM systems, and investment analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple client relationships, and meet client needs effectively.
