Tamaroff Motors is searching for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to provide top notch customer service to all clients and assist them with their automotive service needs.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the service department.
- Communicate with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide accurate.
- Schedule serviced appointments and managed the service schedule to ensure timely and efficient service for customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, addressing and resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and update service records and customer profiles in the service database.
- Maintain a clean and organized service department, including customer waiting areas and service bays.
- Inform customers about promotional discounts and incentives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of Automotive experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to interpret and handle confidential information.
- Excellent customer service / interpersonal skills.
