Purchase Order Administrative Assistant : (On-Site Career) Tampa, FL 33634 Hiring urgently for a Administrative Assistant with SAP software or similar software experience to join a large and reputable industrial company to assist long term with work orders and processing.

salary : $24 - $25 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : Associate

Responsibilities

  • SAP software experience or similar a plus
  • Administrative duties involving entering work order via SAP software
  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintaining files accurately
  • Working alongside team memebers
