As a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor at our health center. Your primary goal will be to help patients achieve their maximum potential through personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.

Under your leadership, our team of rehabilitation technicians will assist in implementing these plans, while you provide direct supervision and guidance to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education :

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma or eligibility for registry; Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Licensure :

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma

Certifications :

BLS certification with current status required before independent patient care

Preferred Experience :

Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation physical therapy; preference given to those with experience in caring for adult and geriatric patients
