Spherion, in partnership with the State of WI Department of Health Services Office for Resource Center Development (ORCD), is seeking 3 Resource Directory Integration Specialists available to start ASAP to support the development and integration of a statewide database of community resources for older adults and people with disabilities.
This database, set to launch publicly in January 2025, will be implemented using the PeerPlace client tracking system and developed by Palantir.
The Database Integration Specialist role is remote (open to WI residents only), includes a benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays), and is a contract through March of 2025.
Pay rate will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities :
- Integrate and manage data within the PeerPlace system and the web-based resource directory
- Edit, categorize, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data quality
- Work with local Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) to finalize updates and maintain consistency across regions
- Assist with the transfer of data from PeerPlace to the state public resource directory
- Document business processes for ongoing database maintenance and provide training to ADRC staff
- Opportunity to develop SME status and provide training to stakeholders
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in database management or a related field
- Excellent writing, computer, and data management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and with diverse teams
- Experience in research, data analysis, knowledge of healthcare and community resources, and familiarity with ADRC operations preferred
Additional Details :
- One position will serve as a lead, coordinating team efforts and documenting processes
- Participation in ORCD meetings, trainings, and some travel may be required
