WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Maintain Product Documentation : Clear, comprehensive documentation keeps product workflows, coverage options, logic, and system behaviors up to date.
• Problem-solving : Investigate product functionality issues and work closely with IT to develop solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Ensure product changes align with business needs and validate new configurations before deployment
• Support Process Optimization : Collaborate with product managers to identify opportunities for enhancing workflows and operational efficiency.
• Innovate with Industry Trends : To propose innovative product improvements, stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and user experience trends.
