MSI is seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Community Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, clients, and stakeholders.

This role involves overseeing community outreach initiatives, managing public relations efforts, and enhancing the company's reputation within the community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage community events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Represent Maverick Solutions at community events, meetings, and public forums.
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Manage social media and digital communication efforts to engage with the community and promote events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and report on community engagement activities and their impact on the company's goals.
  • Identify opportunities for community partnerships and sponsorships to further the company's mission.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community relations, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital communication platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel locally as required for community events and meetings.
