The law firm is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to represent clients in various family law matters. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice, draft and negotiate legal documents, and maintain strong client relationships.
This position requires a J.D. degree, active State Bar membership, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law practice.
- Represent clients in all stages of family law litigation and settlements.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on complex legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Requirements :
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar.
- 2+ years of experience in Family Law practice.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proven track record of managing a large caseload and meeting deadlines.
