Technical Services Specialist

Overview

This position is fully on-site. We have an immediate opening for a talented and motivated individual to serve as a customer IT Specialist. You will receive extensive and ongoing training in the field of electronic security systems. This is an ideal position for someone looking to start their career or advance with a stable, well-respected and established company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and IP communication issues for clients' systems, including DVR / NVR, Access Control Systems and Electronic Security Systems.
• Handle inbound calls to the department and assist clients as needed.
• Coordinate with client IT personnel to troubleshoot issues including IP Filtering, VPN Tunneling and Port Forwarding.
• Bench testing and repair of devices and equipment.
• Ensure accurate data entry of all activity.
