This full-service hospital provides a complete line of inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services.# We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to patients in the Operating Room, Short Stay#Surgery and PACU.
The incumbent will plan and direct the development of annual budgets and will manage fiscal resources within the budget, establish#and achieve#goals and objectives for the department consistent with Nursing and Hospital goals, develop, establish#and maintains policies and procedures for the department, plan#and implement#education programs for staff inservices, continuing education, skills and competency development and specific mandatory educational requirements;
