We are in search of a seasoned Restaurant Human Resources Manager with a strategic mindset and robust leadership skills. Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position in San Diego :

Human Resources Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- SHRM-CP or PHR designation preferred
- 3 5 years of experience in benefits, leave administration, and general HR functions, and 1 2 years of experience managing others, including Coordinators and Generalists
- Strong knowledge of Dayforce (Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling software like Brink or CTUIT
- Previous HR experience in companies with multiple locations and 500 1000 employees
- Strong knowledge of local, CA state, and federal employment laws
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site (no remote or hybrid options)
