Job Title : Assembly Worker

Job Description

• Candidates in this role will use hand and power tools (torque wrench, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) to assist with the assembly and disassembly of larger vehicles.
• They will work on hydraulic parts, wire harnesses, and other external components on trucks.
• These positions involve mechanical assembly, requiring candidates to be comfortable getting dirty in certain situations, lifting up to 50 pounds when needed, and working safely in a production / shop environment.

Hard Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools (torque wrench, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
• Mechanical assembly knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Soft Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in small teams (2-3 people)
• Capability to stay on task independently
• Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions
• $23 / hour

Shift

1st Shift 6am-4pm 10 hour shifts with overtime opportunities.
