Human Resources Generalist

This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the HR function within a defined business unit.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to review job descriptions, confirm skills required for job openings, and determine anticipated salary range for offers.

Work with compensation team to arrange administrative details.

  • Monitor and analyze turnover to develop, recommend, and implement approved activities to improve employee retention.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding activities, providing input to improve and further develop those and other training programs.
  • Assist in assessing training needs; counsel leaders and employees about on-the-job and formal training opportunities to develop new skills and prepare for advancement.
  • Work on enterprise wide projects as needed.
  • Manage various administrative tasks across a broad range of business functions.
  • Support the immigration process for foreign national employees, collaborate with external and internal counsel. Manage documents and follow up as needed.
  • Review I-9s and follow up with employees as needed.
  • Develop, coordinate, and conduct new leader training to ensure leaders understand and can effectively carry out their new leadership responsibilities.
  • Respond to employee concerns and support in finding resolutions, elevating issues to HR Managers, Directors, and other business partners as appropriate.
  • Review and update Sevita Source HR page and bring innovative ideas for improvement.
  • Ensure maintenance of confidential documents and files related to employees.
  • Support HR engagement activities. Develop and collaborate with HR team and COE partners to maintain programs.
  • Follow up on annual compliance and other mandatory trainings, reporting status to various teams.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze a variety of metrics, reports, statistics, and communications.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three years’ experience in human resources.
  • PHR preferred.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
