Responsibilities
- Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Ensure compliance with all HR, payroll, employer practices, and company policies.
- Maintain and manage employee-related insurance policies and benefits programs.
- Partner with department heads for personnel management and policy administration.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and review resumes for job applicants.
- Act as the main point of contact for all employee requests, communications, and grievance resolutions.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Develop and maintain a standardized employee training program.
- Oversee performance reviews and establish key performance indicators to monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Coordinate employee engagement events.
- Promote positive company culture, employee recognition, and workplace pride.
- Communicate company updates and news, coordinating with the Chief of Staff.
- Administer benefits programs including health, dental insurance, retirement plans, vacation, and PTO.
- Track and report time-off requests, including sick and safe time.
- Update and administer human resource policies and the employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Process unemployment claims and manage worker's compensation plan reporting.
- Conduct market wage surveys to determine competitive compensation rates.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Prepare employee separation notices and conduct exit interviews.
- Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verification's.
- Implement new hire orientation and ensure mandatory training is completed.
- Ensure compliance with the company k plan.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Experience with ADP and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational management skills.
