Location : Kennesaw, GA (Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week.)
Length : 6+ month Assignment
Pay : $55 - $60 / hour W2 (No Corp-to-Corp)
Skills :
- Experience configuring Workday Payroll (i.e. done earning codes, run payroll itself, taxes, etc.).
- Experience building workday Benefits (Backend experience with crafting the module) - delivered it into production with continued support once in production.
- Hands on development of the configurations in Workday.
- Able to solve problems, be efficient, and give direction.
Day-to-Day :
- Separate Configuration and Integrations teams. Client has three larger teams which control the domains payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, etc.
- Looking for people who can build configurations in their Workday platform not looking for business analysts or support analysts someone who has gotten their hands dirty,’ able to solve problems, give direction for improvements, etc.
- Looking for someone who has built the configurations themselves not just supported it delivered it into production, and then supported it from there.
- Configuration : How does the system act when someone submits something? (Example : You have to go in and put in direct deposit.
What is the employee allowed to do / allow to see? And when it’s put in where does it go? Goes to an approval path, etc.)
- Benefits Big need here for someone on the team with more in-depth experience.
