Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include :
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Oversee workforce planning efforts, ensuring that staffing levels meet the growing operational needs.
- Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Human Resources management, with a strong focus on HR strategy and operations is required.
- In-depth knowledge of HR regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance is essential.
