Responsibilities :
- Oversee the IT Audit / SOX workstream
- Complete Audit Plan
Must Haves :
- IT audit experience from public accounting and / or a publicly traded company
- at least 4 years experience and experience managing direct reports
- expert knowledge in how to test ITGC controls and maintain SOX
- understanding of measuring risk related to IT upgrades, implementation, and migrations
