PositionDescription :

• Designdevelop and implement AWS Connect processes to include new ormodifications to applications forms workflow policies actionsaccess control interfaces and any other configurations required tosupport clientprocesses.
• Providerecommendations for enhancing existing operations and providerecommendations for new updates ormodifications.
• Supportand enhance existing processes based on new requirements orupgrades.
• Facilitaterequirements gathering review and documentrequirements.
• Designand develop solutions within the ServiceNowenvironment.

KeyRequiredSkills :

Thesuccessful candidate will have fluency in AWS Connect design anddevelopment principles and work with stakeholders to developenterprise business solutions that leverages industry processes andbestpractices.

Requirements

BasicQualifications :

• Masters10 years of experience OR Bachelors 12 years of experience OR 18years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• BachelorsDegree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or a relatedfield
• 7years of experience working with large enterpriseframework
• 7years of handson experience working with AWS Cloudplatform
• 3years of handson experience working with AmazonConnect
• 3years of experience using Node.js Python or Java fordevelopment
• 3years of experience in designing call routing &messaging
• Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills
• Mustbe able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contractrequirement.

RequiredSkills :
