Position Summary

Manage all aspects of marketing for Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions (CETS) including, recommendations on customer product marketing strategy, value propositions and customer targeting opportunities.

Utilize market research data, customer segmentation, and knowledge of marketing channels and tactics to increase customer product awareness and participation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product portfolio management teams to complete annual / ongoing marketing planning and support across CETS programs.
• Manage all aspects of the marketing mix, including active support in product roll-out, launching offers, pricing and channels.
• Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer preferences. Provide insight with segmentation.
• Responsible for managing budgets, tracking and reporting customer marketing engagement, program awareness and penetration measures.
• Support Market Research.
• Drive and champion recommendations to Product Development and Product Management for product positioning and marketing.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 6 years marketing strategy and execution experience OR a combination of sales and marketing for residential and business customers.
• 4+ years' experience in one or more of the following : program, product or brand management.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive marketing management experience, which includes budgeting, planning and P&L responsibilities, strong marketing database utilization skills, reporting and problem solving.
• MBA preferred.
• 3 years’ experience marketing products or services preferred.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is : $92,300.00 to $130,566.66 per year.
