One Music Schools is expanding our educational services to include general education tutoring as part of our new membership upgrade package.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Tutor for grades K-12. This is a fully remote, based in Utah, contracted 1099 position with flexible hours.
Compensation is $20 / hour . You’ll work one-on-one with students, helping them build confidence and master math concepts in a virtual learning environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized math tutoring for students in grades K-12
- Asses students comprehension level with current grade level
- Create engaging lesson plans to enhance student understanding
- Use a remote learning platform to facilitate virtual lessons
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to track progress and set goals
Qualifications :
- Proven experience tutoring english for grades K-12, especially in a remote setting
- Access to a reliable and engaging online teaching platform
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make learning enjoyable
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual student needs
- Must be a self-starter and comfortable working independently
- Schedule lessons in accordance with students needs, meeting required lessons per month outlined by One Music Schools
Compensation :
- $20 / hour (contracted, 1099 position)
