Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on all related legal matters
- Appear in court and draft legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and motions
- Research and prepare legal documents for hearings, court appearances, and trial
- Keep up to date on new developments in relevant legal matters
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure legal matters are handled as efficiently as possible
Assist in the review and preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings and other legal documents, as needed
Qualifications :
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
- 5+ years of experience in any of the following : Corporate M&A, Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, Healthcare, Construction, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and / or Land Use / Zoning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures
