Responsibilities :
- Provide legal counsel and representation in various legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law in any of the following : Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, Probate, Healthcare, Corporate M&A, Probate, Construction, Estate Planning and Land Use / Zoning
- Strong litigation skills in resolving complex disputes.
