Job Description :
- The position is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and enhancement support Client Foster Care Portal, a Salesforce application for MDHHS.
- Client Foster Care Portal is a one stop place for families to apply and obtain their license and all information regarding fostering in one place.
It currently supports submitting inquiries and application processing.
- The CPAs (Child Placement Agency) help users with training and processes to obtain licenses to become a foster home.
- Information on the portal requires continuous updates and maintenance as part of the project work.
- Good understanding of the functionalities provided by the Salesforce platform, in turn helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Working with business and stakeholders to meet their evolving needs. Work with cross functional teams on the same ORG and other ORGs to meet the business needs.
Skills Required :
- 5-8 years of Business Analyst Experience
- Experience working with the Salesforce Platform and its applications.
- Experience designing technical and business requirement documents.
- Experience as a liaison between business and technical groups.
- Extensive experience using Azure DevOps, FIGMA and VISIO, MS office products.
- Good requirement elicitation skills, analytical skills, and ability to understand the bigger picture.
- Ability to prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.
- Multitask as tester if needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of IBM Middleware solutions is a plus.
- Experience in training junior BA is a plus
