LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Property Management company to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager / HR Coordinator to cover maternity leave in their Portland, OR office.

Hours / Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Compensation : $24-$26 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Perform HR Coordinator and office manager functions
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires
- Assist with phone screens and initial candidate outreach
- Retrieve, source, and distribute mail
- Order office supplies on a monthly basis, including bulk orders
- Maintain meeting rooms and oversee the upkeep of the coffee machine; kitchen space is managed by others
- Connect tenants and customers with appropriate contacts (property management)
- Conduct tours of the building for visitors
- Manage reception desk duties in a secure facility (locked 24 / 7), including handling an emergency panic button (for safety)
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office coordination or administrative roles preferred
- Exposure to HR functions is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
- Proficiency with MS Suite, Teams, and Canva
Pay Details : $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
