Description
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects valued up to $100 million, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements on site.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to overcome challenges.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure project alignment and collaboration.
- Prepare and present project updates, financial reports, and documentation to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects up to $100 million.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Florida Construction Market including building codes
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD).
