What this position is all about?
The Business Development Coordinator plays a vital role in the health of the business. Brandpoint is looking for a high energy and disciplined Business Development Representative to provide pre-sales support.

Job Description
- Drive top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
- Update and refresh accounts within Brandpoint’s CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings set.
- Shadow Account Executives and Project Managers to learn the business for future succession planning.
- Enthusiastically participate in continued sales training development and skill improvement.
- Flexibility on taking on additional or changing job duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in sales preferred but not required.
- Experience and / or interest in sales, business development and / or marketing.
- Advanced problem resolution skills, organization and communication abilities.
- Confident in mastering new software and technology like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Desire to grow within an organization that shares similar values.
- Lifelong learner who loves training and can be coached.
- Proven history of discipline and grit (sports, military, higher education, etc.)
Base Salary : $45,000-$50,000 with bonus opportunities
