International Martial Arts Academy is located in Saratoga Springs, UT. We are dedicated to providing high-quality Taekwondo training in a positive and supportive environment.
We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Office Manager / Program Director to join our team and help us grow our community.
Responsibilities :
- Communication : Answer emails and phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Enrollment Support : Schedule trial classes for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Billing Coordination : Communicate with the billing team to ensure smooth financial operations and address any billing inquiries.
- Studio Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Event Coordination : Organize and facilitate belt test exams, ensuring all participants are prepared and informed.
- Parent Notifications : Keep parents informed of important updates, events, and announcements.
- Software Use : Utilize our Kicksite program for scheduling, communication, and management (training provided).
- Additional Tasks : Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support studio operations.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and respectful demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Taekwondo background / knowledge is not required.
