Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global HR strategies and improvements aligned with business objectives
Oversee HR Operations across 40+ countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years in leadership roles
5 years of experience in global HR Operations
3 years of experience with HR Systems like Workday or Oracle HCM
Proven track record in managing HR functions in a complex, international environment
