Advantra is partnering with a Series A AI marketing platform startup in San Francisco to hire a Growth & Content Marketing Lead to shape content strategy, storytelling, and product marketing across channels.
About the role
You will lead content creation and storytelling for product launches, campaigns, and outbound communications. You will collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to turn user stories into marketing campaigns, craft clear messaging, and drive product adoption. You will use the platform daily and share your work publicly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Conversion's voice across product launches, email updates, and social channels.
- Write landing pages, product updates, how-to guides, campaign briefs, and social content.
- Build in public by sharing product workflows, demos, and use cases.
- Partner with founders, product, and growth to define launch narratives and GTM plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Track and optimize content performance across campaigns and channels.
- Maintain consistency of brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Experiment with creative formats to engage audiences and grow adoption.
Core requirements
2+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or creative growth roles.Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical ideas.Experience creating marketing content for web, email, social, and product channels.Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, and lightweight video editing tools.Ability to work in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment.Comfortable collaborating with product, design, and growth teams.Track record of independently owning content initiatives.Willingness to work on site in San Francisco 5 days / week.Intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.Portfolio or examples of previous content and campaigns.Nice to have
Experience scaling marketing teams at high-growth startups.Experience marketing B2B SaaS or AI products.Familiarity with GTM strategy and launch planning.Personal projects or portfolio demonstrating content creation skills.Knowledge of marketing SaaS stack for startups.How to apply
