You will be assembling, testing, and performing quality with a leader in the Semiconductor industry Assembler / Cleanroom (Post-Machining Production Worker) Responsibilities : -Perform entry-level assembly, assembly testing, quality checks, and cleanroom functions-Miscellaneous assembly-Review production data -Ensuring and verifying material is handled and loaded on production lines properly-Loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment-Inspecting-Alcohol wiping and swabbing-Carrying plates, bagging, and packaging-Nitrogen dry parts, leak, function, and flow testing-Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks-Operating ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations-Operating microscopes profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, -Operating impulse wire bag sealers, leak, flow, and function testing equipment-Operating ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations-Auditing all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship-Must be able to cross-train and assist other production areas depending on the production schedule.
- Work independently with moderate supervisionHere's what you'll get : Pay Rate : $16.73-$22.60 p / hr. depending on experienceDuration : ContractShift Options : 3rd (Sun-Fri) 11 : 00 pm-7 : 00 am + 10 % differential4th (Fri-Sun) 7 : 00 am -7 : 00 pm + 15% differentialLocation : Sauk Rapids, MNQualifications : -2+ years of Assembly or Cleanroom inspection experience -High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational-Technical training -Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools-High level of production skills-Visual acuity and manual dexterity-Basic math skills-Understanding of controlled process regulations and demonstrating safety awareness -Good work ethic, flexibility, and strong attention to detail-Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment-Good verbal and written communication skills-Good MS Word, Excel, and MRP skills-Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
