Team and environment
BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We are intentional in calling our field associates branch teams; most teams are two or three people. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in the door.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in the clients\' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Assisting with marketing activities, such as planning and executing events
- Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or team of advisors, including client account support and facilitating communication

Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound / outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; develop and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team membersAccount Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain client recordsAdministrative & Operational Support : Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor; manage scheduling, materials for meetings, correspondence, and marketing initiatives; update SOPs and support branch business plan executionTechnology : Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn firm-provided software such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft OfficeBenefits
